KDS Job offer: Service-Manager

You are our clients' point of contact to ensure follow-up on technical/operational outstanding issues, ensure regular reviews to ensure the good usage of our solution. You will manage clients requirements for enhancements, pilot enhancement projects and more.

Within the Service Delivery team, you are our clients' point of contact:

  • Ensure follow-up on technical/operational outstanding issues
  • Ensure regular reviews to ensure the good usage of our solution
  • Manage clients requirements for enhancements
  • Pilot enhancement projects.
  • Provide trainings to use and configure our solution.
  • Your clients are major Travel Management Companies and Travel Managers in the largest UK or European corporations.

You closely work with the Account Management team to deliver the right level of service to our clients. 

Skills

You already have a significant experience of 3 to 5 years.

  • You have a good expertise of the business travel industry.
  • Knowing the GDS Amadeus and/or Galileo, Sabre is a plus.
  • You have the ability to work in a complex environment, capable to resolve the problems your clients are facing.
  • You are service oriented and are used to demanding customers.
  • You know how to manage clients in difficult situations.
  • You are people oriented, reactive and your professionalism is reassuring for your clients.

You will be based in Germany or Paris and be connected to the team based in the headquarter in Paris.

You will be trained on your software and processes in Paris.
