KDS does not provide first and second line support for travel bookings and expense reports.

How to get help if you are :

  • A user : KDS does not provide first line support for travel bookings or expense reports. You should contact your in house IT or travel team, or business travel agent.
  • A travel or expense administrator : contact your organisation's nominated KDS technical contact. This person will normally be in your finance, travel or IT organisation.
  • IT professional : contact your nominated KDS technical contact.

 

  • KDS technical contact : enter a ticket on the KDS CRM tool if you have an issue or submit your question on the KDS Community!
