The KDS team comprises passionate, diverse and dedicated groups including engineering, marketing and travel experts, who share a great energy and enthusiasm about the future of the business travel industry.

KDS’s professionals are drawn from organizations including major airlines, travel management companies, and GDSs. These travel industry experts are joined by developers and project managers from leading international high-tech companies.

KDS Management Team

Yves Weisselberger

Chief Executive Officer, founder and shareholder, has been at the head of KDS since its creation in 1994. During the first phase of growth, KDS mainly focused on designing and developing it’s break through technology. Then, Yves defined KDS’s strategic business development and its offerings, and positioned them as global business travel management solutions. Today, his main goal for KDS is to see the company reach the leading worldwide position on the business travel management market.

Before founding and managing KDS, Yves was co-founder and Sales Manager of Klee Group, a consultancy specialized in systems integration and strategic e-Business applications for large corporations. Today, Klee Group employs 200+ people and its turnover is in the 20 million euro range. Thanks to this experience as an entrepreneur, Yves has acquired the management skills required for running a business as well as the know-know for strategic sales growth.

Yves started his career as an engineer at Bull, a server and software vendor, where he held different executive positions. He was responsible for an operating systems development team and participated in various operating system development projects.

Yves graduated, as an IT and telecommunications engineer, from Ecole Polytechnique (class of 1979) and from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (class of 1984), two of the top French post-graduate engineering schools.

 Stéphane Donders

Executive Vice President at KDS, in charge of global sales & marketing operations and international expansion since 2004, overseeing teams based in Paris, London, Frankfurt, Stockholm, San Francisco and Sydney. 20 yeas’ experience of managing start-up ventures, including the launch of three software and Internet companies: CEO of Keymage Inc. (1997-2000), Crossbee (2001-2004) and Secia (1988-1992). At Keymage, the corporate headquarters has been transferred from Paris to San Jose, from where the company’s operations were driven between SFO, Boston and Paris. Keymage was a pionner in the e-Business collaboration market. VP Sales Manager of CS Telecom (1995-1997), the telecom subsidiary of Group Compagnie des Signaux, heading worldwide sales for the company’s data networks product line, serving operators such as France Telecom and Global One.

Adi Sossover

Chief Financial Officer, Vice president Finance & Administration. Mr Sossover has over 20 years of experience , mostly in the software sector, and services industry. He served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for various international companies, among which the latest are Tecnomatix and UGS, a worldwide leader of product life management software solutions. He graduated from the University of Jerusalem in Economics, Finance and Accounting.

 

 

Stéphane Le Cam

Vice President of the R&D, Stephane Le Cam manages the KDS engineering teams. He has 15 years of experience in software development and is a recognized visionary in the field of business intelligence.  Prior to KDS, Stéphane Le Cam was previously Chief Technical Officer leading the R&D and customer support teams at Reportive during 2001-2007. He is the author of two patents for reporting analytics and automatic recognition of data patterns in flat files.

Before Reportive, Le Cam spent 6 years at Business Objects where he was in charge of the development and maintenance of the core product line (70% of the licence revenue) including the core analytic engine, the semantic layer and the full client products in all languages. Previously, Le Cam worked in IT at Air Inter where he developed their ticketing and boarding system. He holds a diploma from Supelec, a French A-level school of engineering
