London, UK and Paris, France – May 13th 2015 – KDS Worldwide User Conference Attracts Hundreds to Learn from Global Organisations and to Witness New Innovations in Door-to-Door Travel & Expense Management from KDS.
KDS, a global provider of corporate Travel and Expense Management software solutions today announced that KDS Now 2015 will take place on June 11th in Paris. In its 5th year, and now possibly the largest travel and expense (T&E) management event in Europe, nearly a thousand attendees are expected for the half-day conference. Delegates include travel, finance, HR and procurement managers from more than 350 global and national organisations.
“The theme for KDS Now 2015 is ‘It’s Personal’ with the event designed to educate, inspire and excite the KDS global customer base,” said Dean Forbes, CEO, KDS. “From user case studies, industry experts and KDS presenters, delegates will learn best practices in T&E management and witness new solutions for optimising every single employee’s door-to-door personal corporate travel and expense experience.”
T&E is typically the 2nd or 3rd largest area of corporate spend. It consumes between 10 per cent and 12 per cent of a company’s annual budgets, suggests Aberdeen Group in its T&E Solution Selection Guide. At KDS Now 2015, delegates will witness how the latest mobile, personalised T&E solutions from KDS deliver savings of 25 per cent or more on these spends. This in addition to boosting staff productivity and supporting a duty of care over staff travelling on business.
“Nowadays, our online experience, whether for business or pleasure, is an increasingly personalised one that quickly offers results matching our needs,” said Dean Forbes, CEO, KDS. ”So when it comes to online corporate travel services and expense management solutions, why should today’s travellers expect any less?”
KDS Now 2015 will include:
• A keynote from Dean Forbes, CEO KDS.
• Case studies from MasterCard, McGraw Hill Financial, Airbus, ArcelorMittal and Education First
• Announcements and demonstrations of new innovations from KDS enabling a personalised and optimised traveller experience
