French telecom company SFR selected the KDS Corporate solution to manage employees' business travel and expenses. Used by 7,000 employees, the Travel and Expense (T&E) management solution implemented by SFR has achieved an adoption rate of 95% and contributed to significant cost reductions.

International law firm Eversheds has been working with Reed & Mackay, KDS and Evolvi to develop an innovative approach to the firm’s travel booking system. Adopting the approach means that Eversheds has ensured savings and efficiencies that have enhanced the firm’s internal travel booking procedures.

Business Travel at the Core of the Service Activity

France’s number one provider of environmental solutions, the VEOLIA group of companies has 250,000 employees around the world divided into four divisions: Waste Management, Energy Services, Water and Transportation. VEOLIA is the world leader in environmental services with sales of 24.7 billion euros and net earnings of 13.5% in 2004.

In 2003 Unilever led an effort to automate its internal operations in order to further reduce travel spending and streamline the travel reservations process. When Unilever analysed its travel booking process it realised it was cumbersome and time-consuming, with an average of five steps per booking.

In 2005, MMC's London office implemented KDS Corporate in order to gain better control over travel, easing the travel booking process for thousands of employees and bringing time and cost savings to the company’s bottom line.

When it looked for a way to reduce its travel expenses and to rationalise and unify its overall business travel processes EADS, the European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company, turned to KDS.
