KDS Aims to Discover the Love-Hate Relationship with ‘Doing Our Expenses’

LONDON – February 11th 2015 – Survey seeks to help UK employers understand the time, cost and emotion staff expend on making their expense claims and a little about people’s honesty

KDS, the European Travel and Expense (T&E) Management solutions provider, has today launched an online survey to discover just how much we love… or hate… having to make expense claims and the extent to which some people are tempted to over claim in several specific business travel situations. The results of the study will also give employers an indication of the amount of time their employees divert each year to making their expense claims.

“Do companies underestimate the time it takes employees to do their expenses? Do they even know? Is more than time at stake, with some staff entering the dangerous territory of over claiming,” said Dean Forbes, CEO at KDS. “What is your expenses claim process costing your company in terms of lost productivity? Are you attracting and retaining top talent only to burden star performers with unnecessary pain and admin?”

This survey will lift the lid on how much time is really spent and what employees really think about their employers’ expense management processes.
